Thank you for helping to bring yoga to the people, I hope that we can all start to lead a more authentic and positive life. Unfortunately, I&#39;ve noticed that a lot of women in my yoga class try to be zen for an hour but then don&#39;t carry that awareness through to the rest of their day - the joke here in LA is that everyone drives their SUVs to yoga class! one thing that I try to do is use sustainable and energetic skin care products, especially now that we are learning how damaging the chemicals in things like deodorant can be!
