IOU

i've been so busy the past week that i've fallen dreadfully behind in my writing. there have been a few things that i've been meaning to write about, but they'll just have to wait a bit longer; i'm taking off for san diego tomorrow to run the 10th edition of the rock 'n' roll marathon this weekend. and yes, that'll mean at least two more studios to write about, because if things go according to plan, i'll visit one SD studio on friday, another on saturday, will have to skip sunday (it's race day, with a concert headlined by seal later that evening), then will be back to work on monday. so unless a miracle happens, i won't be able to get anywhere near a computer until then.

as far as my IOU list goes, it looks like this so far:

- the memorial day weekend events at truyoga
- the class i took at yogahop that was taped earlier this afternoon
- the list of upcoming events for the month of june
- the report on my yoga practice in san diego

i also have to do some housekeeping; i.e., i desperately have to update my LA yoga teacher list. it's been months since i last made additions and changes, and i think i've reached around 200 teachers by now! of course, i really won't know for sure until i transfer the missing names from my yoga log to that list...

oh my god. i just realized that it's already three in the morning! i have to be on the road six hours from now so that i can catch a class at noon in san diego... gotta run!

good luck in your marathon. i just wonder where you find the energy to do all these. to me, i'm more of a "no hurry, no worry and no curry" yogini :)

hi isha --

while i'd love to be able to do away with the hurry and the worry, i could never give up the curry -- whether it be indian, thai, or even malaysian :)
