practicing thankfulness

i've started compiling the thanksgiving day class schedules for the various yoga studios around town. thanks to all the yoga instructors who will be generously offering up a part of their holiday to teach, there's bound to be a class somewhere that can be squeezed in before, after, or even during (?) our thanksgiving celebrations!

here's what i have so far (and if you don't see your favorite studio on this list, it's possible that it's business as usual for them):

Poses are linked with the breath in this Vinyasa flow class. Dynamic and creative sequences are designed to create focus, wake the inner body and still the mind. Advanced poses may be given and modifications for the less experienced student. There may be music, chanting, Pranayama and Meditation.

If you have a series of classes, or are a monthly unlimited person, shoot me your name and we will take it from your series to save your spot.
If you do not, you will need to come to the studio and pay for the class before your spot is considered secure.
Update: i AM adding the 10:30 am Thanksgiving day... if you have signed up for the 9am and prefer the 10:30, just let me know, and i will change your time.

Both Thanksgiving Day classes are donation only with proceeds going to Project Angel Food whose mission is to nourish the body and spirit of men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS, cancer, diabetes and other serious illnesses.
