it's time to partner up!
the days leading up to valentine's day can get pretty stressful.
for some reason, we spend a lot of time worrying about little things. like landing reservations at the hot new restaurant in town. buying (or receiving) the perfect v-day gift. fitting into that oh-so-revealing outfit. finding the right words to say when you finally pop the question. or merely trying to come up with something more interesting to do than just staying home and answering email...
so instead of stressing out over all of that, why not take your favorite person to a partner yoga class? it's cheaper, more fun, and better yet, you don't have to get all dressed up :)
here are some partner classes with an excellent group of teachers. since many of the classes will be held on days before and after valentine's day, you'll still be able to celebrate the 14th the old-fashioned way if you're so compelled... by the way, did you make those dinner reservations yet?

In this workshop, we will playfully explore ways that working with a partner in yoga can deepen our connection to one another and to ourselves. We will use synchronized breathing exercises for relaxation and ultimate connection with one another.
In the texts of yoga philosophy there is the concept of Vimarsha which translates as Divine Reflection. Sometimes to see our full potential more clearly, it helps to have it reflected through the eyes of another. This can be profoundly true in yoga where working with a partner can afford us the opportunity to deepen our practice in new ways.
This workshop is for all levels. We welcome couples, friends, family... The only prerequisite is to giggle and have fun.
