i'm hoping that i'll be able to get away from my workday tasks long enough to hear the broadcast in its entirety. if not, the show will be posted on the JJJ archives page... and maybe there'll even be a photo of the panel, too!

update: just got done listening to it online... anyone who thinks yoga is only for the silent meditative types needs to listen to the podcast pronto! the discussion ran the gamut from private lessons with "happy endings", farting in class, being able to put one's legs behind one's head (as deftly demostrated by meaghan and posted on the station's home page), doing ujjayi breathing to get high...

and the catchphrase of the day: kundalini kunnilingus!

by the way, andrea and ursula teach power yoga classes at u studio, pagan teaches iyengar classes at liberation, and meaghan teaches music flow classes at exhale santa monica (as well as at equinox and sports club la).
