postscript: yes, it was an april fool's day joke from the lulu peeps. honestly, it was so bad that for a while there, i thought that the lulu site had been hacked :)

it was a graphic designer's worst dream -- mismatched colors, bad graphics, poorly-written copy, flashing text, links that get you nowhere, even stuff like this scattered about:

PLEASE NOTE AS WE HAEVE JUST LAUCNHED THIS SITE, SOME THINGS MIGHT NOT WORK AS WELL AS YOU'D LIKE! JUST BEAR WITH US K?

and just when i found myself applauding the total disaster of it all (i mean, it takes lots of skill to come up with something THIS bad!), i scrolled down to the bottom and found this note:

APRIL FOOOOOOOLS! You didn't think we were capable of something this fugly did you?
