another bailout candidate?

yesterday i talked about the impending closure of the core, your perfect center in redondo beach. now it looks like there's another yoga studio that needs some financial assistance.

We are in a prime location, just 1 block East of Topanga Blvd AND are 2 doors West of a wonderful vegetarian restaurant & health food store "Follow Your Heart". We have plenty of free parking in the back.

We are looking for a partner or partners. Yoga teachers, dance teachers, pilates teachers or other healing/spiritual/peaceful/joyful modalities are most welcome. Only serious inquiries please.
